Nate Bishop

Director of Visual Design

Learning from a failed experiment makes Nate’s day. Making those mistakes, and making sure he doesn’t make them again, is what drives his design process. As the Director of Visual Designer, he wanders back and forth from the visual design team to the engineering realm of web technologies, as it’s increasingly difficult to do one without the other.

Before joining MAYA, Nate was a designer at Actual Size Creative, helping to grow the company from a traditional print shop to a full service communications design firm, leading the digital, motion, and interactive efforts—from web design and campaigns, to animation and games.
